Q. What payment modes do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD on select pincodes. All payments are processed securely by our gateway partners.
Q. Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch or within 24 hours—see our Cancellations above.
Q. Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Choose your coffee, grind, and frequency. You can pause/cancel before the next roast date. Unused cycles are refundable on a prorated basis.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. How soon will I get my order?
Metros: 2–4 business days after dispatch; Non‑metros/remote: 3–7 days. You’ll get tracking by email/ SMS.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship across India. For bulk export enquiries, write to [support@].
Q. My package arrived damaged / item is missing.
Sorry! Mail [support@] within 48 hours with photos and your Order ID. We’ll sort it out.
Coffee & Freshness
Q. When is the coffee roasted?
We roast frequently; your bag is typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of roasting.
Q. Which grind size should I choose?
Whole bean for maximum freshness
Coarse: French Press/Cold Brew
Medium‑coarse: Pour‑over (Chemex, V60)
Medium: Drip machines/Aeropress (inverted)
Fine: Moka Pot
Extra‑fine: Espresso (home machines)
Q. How should I store coffee?
Keep bags sealed, cool, dark and dry. Avoid fridge/freezer once opened. Use within 4–6 weeks of roast for peak flavor.
Product & Sourcing
Q. Where do you source from?
Specialty‑grade lots from Indian coffee estates, with farm and processing details on each product page.
Q. Are you sustainable?

Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I return coffee I didn’t like?
Taste is subjective, but we want you happy. While opened coffee isn’t returnable, write to us and we’ll do our best—tips, replacements, or a discount on your next pick.
Q. How long do refunds take?
Typically 5–7 business days after approval; bank times may vary.
